Telpaneca telecom centre is becoming a resource centre

Telpaneca telecom community centre is becoming a key resource centre for the whole region! TSF is working on a rural development program for the region of Telpaneca with the creation of a dissemination and information network from Telpaneca centre to the farmers and cooperatives in the region. Being focal point of this network, the Telpaneca telecom centre disseminates crucial socio-economic data to various regional stakeholders.
